The aerial imagery for your property is about — years old. If you've made any changes since then (additions, tear-offs, new gutters), our measurements might not line up with what's on your roof today.
We can get you fresh, professional laser-accurate measurements and re-quote from the exact numbers — delivered as a branded Reisch measurement report, typically within 1–2 business days.
Your home has a mansard or flat-style roof. Aerial imagery can only measure surfaces facing the sky — it can't see the vertical mansard sides, which would leave a big chunk of your roof unquoted.
To quote this right, we get professional laser-accurate measurements of every surface — including the vertical mansard faces — delivered as a branded Reisch measurement report, typically within 1–2 business days. Then we re-quote from the exact numbers.
Reisch covers the measurement cost for qualified projects. A team member will confirm your details before anything is ordered.
Your property is — squares — bigger than what our instant-quote tool can measure accurately from aerial data alone. Homes this size typically have details (dormers, multiple pitches, architectural trim) that need a real person on site to quote right.
Leave your info below and Kevin will call personally to schedule a free in-person consultation (typically within 2-3 business days). He'll walk the property with you, take measurements, and email a detailed 3-tier quote within 48 hours of the visit.
Kevin Reisch personally handles all larger residential quotes. No sales reps, no pressure.
