Plain English: Use the quote builder to get a ballpark price on a new roof. This is NOT a binding contract. Final pricing + contract come after Reisch inspects your property in person. If you have questions, call (908) 229-5883.

1. What this is

This page and the quote builder ("Tool") are operated by Reisch Roofing and Construction LLC ("Reisch," "we"). By using the Tool you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the Tool.

2. The quote is an estimate

The total you see in the Tool is an estimate based on the inputs you provided. Actual quotes require a free on-site inspection by Reisch. We will confirm or adjust pricing based on:

Actual roof measurements verified on-site
Condition of the existing deck (plywood replacement billed separately at $85 per sheet actually installed)
Any hidden conditions found during tear-off (code-required upgrades, improper prior installation, ventilation deficiencies, etc.)
Current material costs (subject to market fluctuation)
Complexity, access, and site-specific factors

Nothing you submit or sign on this Tool creates a binding contract until Reisch issues and counter-signs a formal written proposal.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to:

Provide accurate information
Use the Tool only to obtain a quote for real property you own or are authorized to represent
Not use automated means (scrapers, bots) to harvest pricing or lead data
Not attempt to probe, scan, or test the Tool for vulnerabilities
Not copy or republish our pricing, product listings, or content
Not reverse engineer, decompile, extract, or reuse the Tool's code, pricing logic, design, or data, in whole or in part

3a. Intellectual property

The Tool — including its source code, design, layout, text, pricing structure, images, and underlying logic — is the copyrighted work and confidential business property of Reisch Roofing and Construction LLC. All rights reserved. No license is granted to copy, reproduce, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the Tool. Prices shown are planning estimates generated for your individual property and may not be republished or used to build competing tools or rate sheets. Violations may be pursued under applicable copyright, trade-secret, and unfair-competition law.

4. Digital signature + intent to proceed

If you sign on the Tool, your signature indicates intent to proceed, not a binding contract. Reisch will:

Review your configured scope
Schedule and perform a free on-site inspection
Send you a fully-finalized written proposal with actual pricing
Countersign the proposal only after you agree to the final terms

You may withdraw intent to proceed at any time before Reisch countersigns a final proposal, with no obligation.

5. NJ Home Improvement Contractor rights

Reisch is a licensed New Jersey Home Improvement Contractor (NJ HIC Reg. # 13VH09822200). All final contracts include:

Three-business-day right to cancel (N.J.A.C. 13:45A-16.2)
Plain-English jury-waiver language per the Atalese standard
Insurance-claim supplemental rescission rights where applicable

6. Pricing validity

Estimates shown in the Tool are valid for 30 days from generation. Material costs in the roofing industry fluctuate; pricing beyond 30 days requires re-confirmation.

7. Warranty clarity

Manufacturer warranties (GAF Golden Pledge, CertainTeed 5-Star SureStart, Owens Corning Platinum Protection, IKO ShieldPRO Plus Iron Clad) are issued and administered by the manufacturer, not Reisch. Warranty availability depends on full-system installation with qualifying accessories. Reisch's workmanship warranty is separate and governed by the final signed contract.

8. Insurance-claim work

Where a project is contingent on an insurance claim, Reisch assists with scope documentation but does not negotiate claims on your behalf as a public adjuster (we are not licensed as such). Customer remains responsible for the balance regardless of carrier funding outcome unless otherwise agreed in writing.

9. Disclaimers

The Tool is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, and non-infringement, except those required by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Tool will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure against every possible threat.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Reisch's total liability arising from your use of the Tool shall not exceed $100, or the amount you actually paid Reisch for services during the preceding 12 months, whichever is greater. We are not liable for consequential, incidental, or punitive damages.

11. Dispute resolution

Any dispute arising from use of the Tool shall first be addressed by good-faith discussion. If unresolved within 30 days, the parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), in Morris County, New Jersey. Plain-English jury-waiver: both parties knowingly waive the right to a jury trial.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey. Venue for any non-arbitrable claim is Morris County, NJ.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Tool after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. Material changes will be highlighted on the Tool.
